How long will it take for my Canvas Print to arrive?
Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery after full payment is received. Deliveries will be carried out via courier and will be delivered between 9am - 5.30pm.
What is the delivery charge for sending the Canvas?
Delivery to UK Mainland is just £12.50. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channels Islands is £17.50. Deliveries can be made outside of the UK, please call and I can organise a quote for you.
If I order more than one picture, how much is the delivery charge?
If you order more than 2 Canvas's then the price will be £12.50 for the first canvas, and £6.00 thereafter.
Can I have my Canvas sent to a different delivery address?
Yes, this can be arranged. Please quote your full postal delivery address when placing the order.
Can you make any picture into canvas?
Yes. I can make any picture into a canvas. Just send me over the picture and what you would like done to it, or your ideas and I will work to your specification. If you would just like a normal picture printed, then this can be arranged as well.
My picture is not in a digital format?
Don't panic! I can scan any photograph sent to me, so your only worry is choosing the right picture.
Please note that I cannot accept the following:
• a picture taken using the camera on your mobile phone (less than 4 Mega Pixel) or
• a picture taken by a camera less than 4 Mega Pixel.
If you have any concerns then please feel free to email me the picture and I will have a look for you.
Will the colours that I see on screen be the same as the printed canvas?
Individual monitor settings vary according to your computer settings. I can match colour swatches but will need the CMYK colour references or Pantone colours. If you have any questions, then please just ask.
Can you delete date stamps and red eye?
As every canvas is hand drawn, then the date stamp and red eye isn't an issue and will not be included on your final canvas print.
Can I purchase gift vouchers?
Yes. If you let me know what require, then I can send you a voucher.
How do I care for my canvas?
I would not recommend exposing your canvas to sunlight or moisture for a long period of time. To get rid of any dust, use a dry soft brush or cloth or wipe over the surface
What is a Canvas Wrap?
A Canvas wrap is simply the canvas wrapped over a box frame so that the image can be seen at all angles.
What are width of the box frames?
I am currently offering 18mm and 38mm deep frames.
Can I pay by cheque or online bank transfer for my canvas print?
You can currently pay for prints via paypal. Once you have submitted your payment I will send you a confirmation email and will ask you to send your image via email.
Do you expect card payments?
At this moment, I am unable to offer card payments. This is due to change shortly.
Is there a telephone number I can call if I have a query?
If you have any questions regarding an order then please fill out my contact form.
What is the policy on returned items?
Due to the nature of the canvas and the time taken to create a bespoke Canvas print I unable to offer a refund if you have simply changed your mind if goods have been delivered as described and in good condition. Damaged items will be of course will be refunded FOC once I have received the canvas back.
Damages.
If your order has been lost in post or damaged, then I am happy to send you the items free of charge to replace. Please note that you will need to wait at least 7 days to delivery to make a claim.
Please note the following:
• You inform me the day you receive your canvas if there are any problems with it.
• You pay the return delivery charges.
• Once again refunds on returns will only occur if the print is damaged and you have notified me the day of delivery.
What about copyright of my image?
When you send me your image, you are agreeing that I have permission from the copyright owner in written form. Therefore, this permits me to print in accordance with your order.
What about my personal details? Will these be sent to a third party?
Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. Your information will be for my records only and can be removed upon written request from yourselves. Under no circumstance will your details be sent to a third party.
